ASACP provides an online hotline
for web surfers and webmasters to report suspected child pornography.
Our many member sites
provide links to this hotline, which receives thousands of reports every month.
ASACP investigates these reports and determines the hosting, billing, IP address,
ownership, and linkage of suspected CP sites. ASACP then forwards Red Flag reports
to the appropriate government agencies and associations.
These include the FBI and the
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children,
as well as European hotlines. total reports

* ASACP's Online CP Reporting Hotline has been in operation since 1996. However,
we have only been able to accurately track reporting statistics since August
14, 2003.
** This number is much lower than the total number of Raw Reports because
the Raw Reports figures include a high percentage of duplicates (numerous
reports of the same site), sites which ASACP has already reported, bad URLs
(sites which are no longer active), non-website reports, verifiable legal
sites (non-CP) and even spam.
*** Non-website refers to reports relating to user generated content on public
or private forums, image sharing or social networking sites and other
file sharing networks.
